The Historic Pennsylvania Avenue Main Street is pleased to announce the return of our annual Billie Holiday Music & Arts Festival. Our festival displays the musical and artistic talents as expressed today and highlights the contributions and achievements of generations past. We want to celebrate the many new changes coming to the Pennsylvania Avenue Main Street as we continue to preserve the rich history and cultural legacy that has defined the Penn-North, Druid Heights and Upton communities since 1920.
Our last outdoor festival in 2019, attracted over 5,000 attendees for food, fun music and art.
We are actively putting together a two-day event that will offer exciting and dynamic musical performances, presentations, and informative workshops that reflect the positive energy, promise and hope for this community’s future.
